Southeastern Music Academy Outreach

Our primary objectives are to assist and complement area music programs from middle school to college level. Therefore, once a student is placed in an S.M.A ensemble their respective school is eligible for onsite clinics from one of our S.M.A faculty members at a reduced rate. These clinics could include but are not limited to sectionals, ensemble fundamentals, improvisation, etc. As part of our community involvement initiative, students will also have the opportunity to perform repertoire from professors and students from many of the top universities in the area so that they can obtain a solid perspective of each university and its culture.

Sectional instruction

Jazzin’ Dr. Suess-this is a show created for students K-6.  This show focuses on encouraging students to read, maintaining high-moral standards and the fruits of hard work!
